BT issues

Yet again we have been at the mercy of another BT outage – we are confident to have services resumed as soon as possible. -26/07/16

For a short period of time yesterday (20/07/2016) and today (21/07/2016) we – and the rest of the country – experienced a short outage of BT Broadband services that also affected EE and 02 services – luckily, we have resilience and contingency plans where our on-line interpreters can quickly get back on-line via our locations.

Apologies if anyone was trying to get through during this short period – again, we’ve had another couple of busy days!
