Feedback via the app

Deaf BSL users can now leave feedback at anytime using the contactSCOTLAND-BSL app.

We have introduced a new button on the app where users can leave a message (up to 1 minute) – it can be feedback on the service, ask a question etc.

If you can’t leave a message or see a black screen – make sure ‘media proxy’ is ticked in settings. Steps shown below.
