Lanarkshire visit

Meetings with both North Lanarkshire Council and Lanarkshire Deaf Club went well.

Meeting with a representative of Learning and Leisure Services proved to be worthwhile – the council are keen to promote access to services via technology such as our video relay service (VRS).

Club members who attended a short presentation of ‘what is and how to use’ contactSCOTLAND were impressed with the service and keen to get ‘set-up’. Further meetings will take place providing one-to-one assistance if needed.
